Easycrew - Field Service Management

Team Plan: Unlimited jobs, AI features, video calls
Business Plan: All features plus priority support and custom integrations

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on the rights of others
Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
Collect user data without consent

6. Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data and content you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GAINAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GainAI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
